Common questions
Are used parts reliable?
Every used part is tested before it goes into a build: benchmarks and artifact checks for GPUs, memory tests for RAM and SMART health checks for drives. Anything that fails is rejected.
What warranty do I get?
Every complete PC comes with a 6-month ForgeLine warranty. New parts also keep their manufacturer warranty.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the Czech Republic, packed securely with foam inserts in the case. Personal pickup is also possible.
Is Windows included?
On request. We can install a licensed copy of Windows, or hand the PC over with a clean drive.
